Boy Rapes Black Disabled Teen With Coat Hanger Gets Probation and No Jail Time

‘I was in the equipment room to get my padding for football and (Player B) came and threw me to the ground and started humping me, throwing his penis into my butt.
‘I was in the locker room and said “come give me a hug. I gave him a hug not knowing what was coming. They went through with the idea of shoving a coat hanger into my rectum…
‘And then they jerk it out and my rectum began to bleed.’A photo has surfaced showing the stunned faces of Mel Gibson, Matt Damon, Salma Hayek, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson in the second row, and front row Casey Affleck, Michelle Williams, Busy Phillips, Ben Affleck and far right Meryl Streep, when the Academy Award for Best Picture was given to the wrong movie Sunday night

The victim has tried to commit suicide 7 times since the horrible incident. John R K Howard, and a group of his football team buddies, thought it would be cool to rape and sodomize a disabled black kid. They pretended they wanted to hug him, but instead shoved a coat hanger in his rectum, and kicked it deeper inside. The kid was constantly taunted with racist words like grape soda, watermelon, chicken eater, and nigger.

He also claimed in court filings that teammates would ‘hump’ him and simulate anal sex by jumping on him from behind during football practice.
The teammates were also alleged to have stripped the teenager naked on a bus and taken photographs of him exposed body.
He was also allegedly forced to sing a Ku Klux Klan song called Notorious KKK, which John Howard learned when he lived in Texas, as the other players displayed a Confederate flag.
The black teenager also claimed that Howard beat him unconscious at a training camp designed to ‘toughen up’ the team.

Despite all the blacks and Mexicans in jail for petty crimes, the judge didn’t give Howard any jail time. He said the case was absolutely NOT a sex crime, so this devil doesn’t have to register as a sex offender. The judge also was adamant this case wasn’t race related.

When Howard is sentenced on February 24, he will be looking at two to three years of probation and about 300 hours of community service.
If Howard successfully completes probation, he could have his conviction dismissed.
