Frank Moreno was supposed to be babysitting his grand kid, but was arrested for public intoxication , and child neglect instead. Frank was arrested at 1 am, sitting at a taco stand eating a burrito. Unfortunately, he couldn’t remember what happened to the 2 year baby. Frank’s family grew worried about them, but worry turned into devastation when they could not locate the kid. The police could tell Frank was high, or something. They threw him in jail with a $100,000 bail.
Luckily, a kid fitting the baby’s description matched that of a child found sleeping in a stroller nearby. Thankfully, Woody Allen wasn’t around.
