Kanye West was rushed to hospital suffering a major health scare just hours before performing at his final concert in Melbourne overnight.
The rapper was whisked to Melbourne’s Epworth Hospital in Richmond suffering a migraine. He was given an emergency MRI just after 2pm on Wednesday. The 37-year-old had one side of his face covered as he was rushed through the back entrance, surrounded by high security.
Nurses were forced to ask patients to move out of the waiting room and consulting rooms so Kanye, who is in Australia for his high-energy Yeezus tour, could be treated privately.
“Next thing we knew, Kanye was stretchered in surrounded by security. He had one side of his face covered with something white. We both knew it was him because we had seen his photo in the paper everyday and we were shocked because it looked so serious.” Continue
