The United States military has launched 59 missiles into Syria. The target of the strikes was a Syrian government-controlled airfield in Homs, Syria.
The U.S. military is apparently bucking up to and retaliating against the chemical weapons attack reported this week in Syria, which has been blamed on the Syrian government, though no investigation has been conducted.
