Zac Efron Financial Struggle

No wonder Zac Efron is begging Hollywood to do another High School Musical.  He’s  broke, and on coke real bad.  Rehab stints, and   medications won’t erase his painful memories of sharing his booty with Tinseltown executives.  He got his ass beat tweaking on skid row after midnight.  Insiders claim his money is running dry.  The lavish lifestyle, expensive drugs, and loose groupies, have drained his account.  He’s too old and used up for Charlie Sheen, so sadly, he has to sell his home.

Zac Efron has put his chic home in Hollywood Hills West up for sale at $2.849 million.

Originally designed for the Case Study Program by Rodney Walker, the home was eventually built in 1947 and has been updated with an industrial vibe. Features include walls of glass, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,424 square feet of living space. The concrete floors in the open-concept house are heated.

There is an infinity-edge swimming pool on the nearly third-acre lot.

Efron, 26, became a teen heartthrob in the films “High School Musical” and “Hairspray,” as well as the TV series “Summerland.” The actor and singer starred this year in “That Awkward Moment” and will be in “Neighbors,” set for May release. He was a presenter this year at the 86thAcademy Awards.
