Don’t Forget: Aretha Franklin Had A Baby By Her Own Father – Video

Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, was a teen mom long before reality TV.  Aretha gave birth to Clarence Franklin at 14 years old.  She had her 2nd son, Edward Franklin, at 15.  The video below insinuates that Aretha Franklin’s dad was a creepy pastor. He’s accused of molesting and impregnating a 12-year-old member of his Memphis congregation in 1940.  Barbara Siggers Franklin, Aretha’s mom couldn’t handle the scandal.  The marriage crushed under rumors of infidelity, and his growing prominence as a devout Bishop and Preacher.  Franklin’s mom left, but the kids remained with their more established father, Pastor Clarence LaVaughn Franklin.  Weirdos like Sam Cooke, and Martin Luther King Jr, called him C.L.  Barbara died in a mysterious car accident a short time later.  Although she was just 34, they ruled it a heart attack.  Aretha was slapped on the road at 10 years old. Performing at church functions, and night clubs, replaced school.  Did Aretha Franklin’s daddy get her pregnant at 13?  We know this sounds a bit far-fetched, but this is Hollyweird remember?  Aretha never revealed the name of her baby’s daddy.  Incest is more common than you’d imagine.  Momma Dee confessed how her daddy molested her, and her mom knew it.  We won’t mention poor Amanda Bynes, or freaky Stephen Collins.  Watch the video evidence.  Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

This video is pretty unbelievable. You have absolutely no solid evidence or proof that Clarence is the son of CL Franklin. Basing your theory on flimsy details such as their names being the same and Clarence being stocky with a moustache (seriously?!) is not proof of evidence. It is dangerous to make these type of allegations from a legal standpoint anyway…

This video makes some dangerously outrageous allegations and assumptions about Aretha’s family and childhood yet fails to provide any solid credible evidence whatsoever to back it up. Rumors of molestation, incest, and sexual abuse are extremely serious and can have detrimental effects on one’s career and family life. Even if such allegations are disproved, people are generally unable to disassociate the label of “predator” or “rapist” from their image of the accused person. Once an image of something as horrific as child rape gets planted in our minds, we will typically forever associate that image with the person accused of such crime despite being fully aware of the person’s innocence. We must be very cautious when making these kinds of allegations against somsone- particularly if they are deceased and unable to defend themselves.
