The hood dubbed Mrs. Tami “The Seafood Queen of Harlem”. She grinded her way through more adversity, and racism, than you could imagine. Her food truck host the best shrimp, fish, and grits in town. She parks it right outside the Apollo Theater. Harlem Seafood Soul is the 1st eco-friendly mobile kitchen. They call the owner, Chef Tami, the ‘Seafood Lady’. She catered to visitors at living lavish at the Theresa Hotel. Tami Treadwell maintained her humble heart even when Fabolous, Kevin Durant, and Ghost pulled up!
